Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Indian Citizen
- Educational Qualification:
- Deputy General Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 15 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 8 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years for both posts. Relaxations as per Government of India rules apply for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories.
Salary:
- Deputy General Manager: Rs. 67,700 – Rs. 2,09,200 per month (Level 13 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC)
- Manager: Rs. 50,900 – Rs. 1,56,600 per month (Level 11 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC)
