Vacancy Distribution & Eligibility Criteria

WCD Karnataka is offering a large number of vacancies for both Worker and Helper positions:

  • Anganwadi Worker – 1500 Posts
    Educational Qualification: 12th pass from a recognized board
    Role: Manage Anganwadi center operations, monitor child growth, implement nutrition and health programs, and coordinate with health officials.
  • Anganwadi Helper – 1000 Posts
    Educational Qualification: 10th pass
    Role: Assist the worker in day-to-day tasks, maintain cleanliness, distribute meals, and support preschool activities.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 19 years
  • Maximum Age: 35 years
  • Relaxation: PWD candidates get an additional 10-year age relaxation as per state rules.
