🎓 Educational Qualification & Experience
To apply for this position, candidates must meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
Option 1:
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institute.
Certificate of Competency as:
Skipper (Fishing Vessel), or
Mate (Foreign Going), or
Master (Near Coast Vessel)
(Issued by the Mercantile Marine Department)
Minimum 5 years of experience on board a fishing vessel.
Option 2:
Bachelor’s degree in Fishery Science (Nautical Science) from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in fisheries development activities or onboard a fishing vessel.

🎂 Age Limit
