Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university and any one of the following:
Postgraduate Degree in Labour Studies / Industrial Relations (2-year course), or
Qualification as Factory Welfare Officer from a recognized institute, or
Minimum 2 years experience in Industrial Relations in an organization having 500 or more employees
Language Requirement
Must have passed Marathi language at 12th standard level (100 marks).
Computer Knowledge
Computer certificate from DOEACC / NIELIT / MSBTE or any Government-approved institute.
