• Duty Manager:

  • Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a specific airport shift.

Eligibility Criteria

• Duty Manager:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in airport operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Duty Officer:

  • Diploma in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in airport operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  1.	Duty Manager	Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern 16 years experience, out of which at least 04 years must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity in Passenger and/or cargo handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof. Well-conversant with computer operations
  2.	Duty Officer	Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with 12 years of experience, Experience in Passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof. Out of the above-said experience, at least 04 years must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  3.	Customer Service Executive/ Jr.Customer Service Executive	Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3/ 10+2 pattern. Preference will be given to candidates having Airline/ GHA/ Cargo/ Airline Ticketing Experience or an Airline Diploma or Certified course like a Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
  4.	Utility Agent – Ramp Driver	SSC/ 10th Standard Pass. Must Carry an Original Valid HMV Driving License at the time of appearing for the trade test.
  5.	Handyman	SSC/10th Standard Pass. Must be able to read and understand English Language. Knowledge of Local and Hindi Languages, i.e., the ability to understand and speak is desirable.

Salary

• Duty Manager:

  • Basic salary of INR 40,000 per month.
  • Other benefits such as provident fund, medical insurance, and leave encashment.

• Duty Officer:

  • Basic salary of INR 30,000 per month.
  • Other benefits such as provident fund, medical insurance, and leave encashment.

Age Limit

• Maximum age of 35 years for Duty Manager.
• Maximum age of 30 years for Duty Officer.
