Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university and any one of the following:

  • Postgraduate Degree in Labour Studies / Industrial Relations (2-year course), or

  • Qualification as Factory Welfare Officer from a recognized institute, or

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Industrial Relations in an organization having 500 or more employees

Language Requirement

  • Must have passed Marathi language at 12th standard level (100 marks).

Computer Knowledge

  • Computer certificate from DOEACC / NIELIT / MSBTE or any Government-approved institute.
