Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be Indian citizens.
- Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates must have scored at least 60% marks in their aggregate.
- Candidates must not have crossed the age of 28 years as on 31.12.2023.

Salary
The selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 55,000/- during the training period. After the completion of the training period, the MTs will be absorbed as Deputy Managers at EXIM Bank. The pay scale for Deputy Managers will be (Rs. 36000 -1490 – 46430 -1740 – 499910 – 1990 – 63840) as per the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) 11th Bipartite Settlement.
Application Fees
The application fee for MTs is Rs. 500/- for general candidates and Rs. 250/- for reserved category candidates.
Age Limit
Candidates must not have crossed the age of 28 years as on 31.12.2023.
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
- Written Exam: The written exam will be conducted online and will consist of objective-type questions on the following topics:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Reasoning Ability
- English Language
- General Awareness
- Interview: Candidates who qualify the written exam will be shortlisted for the interview.
