Mere payment of non-refundable fees by an applicant does not create any right in favor of the applicant to appear for the Screening / Written Test. After the publication of the list on the official website of the Bombay High Court, only shortlisted applicants have to pay a sum of Rs. 250/- towards examination fees, by Online mode only. The fees shall not be refunded in any case.
