Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Indian citizen

  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years as on 01.01.2023

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Senior Assistant: Graduation from a recognized university or institute with a minimum of 45% marks.

    • Stenographer (Grade-III): Graduation from a recognized university or institute with a minimum of 45% marks and a Diploma or Certificate in Stenography with a speed of 100 w.p.m. in shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typing in English.

Salary

  • Senior Assistant: Pay Level 6 of 7th CPC

  • Stenographer (Grade-III): Pay Level 4 of 7th CPC

  • General/OBC/EWS: Rs. 1,000/-

  • SC/ST/PWD: Rs. 500/-

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of two stages:

  • Written Examination: A written examination will be conducted to assess the candidates’ knowledge and aptitude for the respective posts.

  • Skill Test (for Stenographer Grade-III only): Candidates who qualify in the written examination for the Stenographer (Grade-III) post will be required to appear for a skill test to evaluate their stenography skills.
