How To Apply Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam Recruitment – Apply Online for 281 Apprentice Posts

The Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam has invited applications for 281 Apprentice Posts. The last date to apply for the posts is 9th June 2023.

To apply for the posts, candidates need to follow the steps given below:

1. Visit the official website of the Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam.
2. Click on the “Recruitment” tab.
3. Click on the “Apprentice” tab.
4. Click on the “Apply Online” button.
5. Fill in the application form carefully.
6. Upload the required documents.
7. Pay the application fee.
8. Click on the “Submit” button.

The application fee for the posts is as follows:

• General/OBC/EWS candidates: Rs. 100/-
• SC/ST/PWD candidates: Rs. 50/-

The application fee can be paid online through a credit/debit card or net banking.

The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their educational qualifications, experience and performance in the written test. The written test will be conducted on 17th June 2023.

The selected candidates will be appointed as Apprentices in the Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam. The training period will be for a period of one year.

The following are the eligibility criteria for the posts:

• Educational qualifications:

  • 10th pass from a recognized board.
  • ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized institute.

• Age limit:

  • 18 to 27 years as on 01.01.2023.

• Relaxation in age:

  • SC/ST/PWD candidates: 5 years.

• Experience:

  • No experience required.
