Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the IAF Recruitment 2023-24, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

Flying Branch

• Age: Candidates must be within the age range of 17 to 25 years as on 01-01-2024. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Physical Standards: Candidates must meet the prescribed physical standards for the Flying Branch.

Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branch

• Age: Candidates must be within the age range of 20 to 26 years as on 01-01-2024. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess the required educational qualifications for the respective post as per the IAF notification.

Salary

Selected candidates will be placed under the 7th CPC pay scales, which range from Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month for Flying Branch officers and from Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month for Ground Duty Branch officers, along with other allowances as per government rules.

Selection Process
