Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) from a recognized board.

Domicile Requirement

• Candidates must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.

• A valid Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority must be available on or before 17 February 2026.
