Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the post of Associate Professor, candidates must have:
- A Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field from a recognized university or institute.
- A valid registration certificate from the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching and research experience at the post-doctoral level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
The starting salary for an Associate Professor at NIPER is Rs. 1,75,000 per month. The salary will increase with the candidates’ experience and seniority.

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates for the post of Associate Professor will be done on the basis of a written examination and an interview.
