Punjab and Sind Bank Support Staff Recruitment 2025

Punjab and Sind Bank (PSB) has released an official notification (Vacancy Circular No: HO/PSB-TDARE/Recruitment/1/2025-26) for the recruitment of Support Staff at its various RSETI (Rural Self Employment Training Institute) Centres. A total of 11 vacancies have been announced for different posts including Faculty, Office Assistant, Attender, and Watchman/Gardener. Interested and eligible candidates must submit their applications before 6th October 2025.

Vacancy Details

  • Post Name: Support Staff (Faculty, Office Assistant, Attender, Watchman/Gardener)

  • Job Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

  • Total Vacancies: 11

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Contract Basis

  • Pay Scale: ₹12,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on post)

  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

Educational Qualification

The eligibility criteria vary by post:

  • Faculty: Graduate or Postgraduate (any stream – Science, Commerce, Arts). Preference will be given to MSW/MA (Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology), B.Sc. (Veterinary/Horticulture/Agriculture/Agri. Marketing), or B.A. with B.Ed.

  • Office Assistant: Graduate in BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge. Basic Accounting knowledge is preferred.

  • Attender: Must have passed Matriculation (10th Standard). Ability to read and write the local language is desirable.

  • Watchman/Gardener: Must have passed 7th Standard. Experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture preferred.

Selection Process

The selection will be made through a three-step process:

  1. Written Test – to assess General Knowledge and Computer capability.

  2. Personal Interview – to evaluate communication skills, leadership, problem-solving, and overall attitude.

  3. Demonstration/Presentation – to check teaching and communication skills (mainly for Faculty/Office Assistant roles).
