Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the different posts are as follows:
Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- 5 years of experience in banking or financial services sector
- CA/ICWA/MBA qualification is desirable
Computer Programmer
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized university
- 2 years of experience in software development
Banking Assistant
- 12th pass from a recognized board
- Computer literacy is essential
Education Qualification
The minimum education qualification for all the posts is a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

(Computer Science) / M.Sc (IT).Experience: – One year post qualification experience as on date of online examination in software development, implementation and operations in addition to the above educational qualifications from any recognized institute of repute. Salary
The salary for the different posts will be as follows:

- Basic Pay: Rs. 34,090 – Rs. 87,370
- DA: 21%
- HRA: 8% (of Basic Pay)

- Basic Pay: Rs. 34,090 – Rs. 87,370
- DA: 21%

Banking Assistant
- Basic Pay: Rs. 17,070 – Rs. 80,230
- DA: 21%

The application fee for all categories is Rs. 1000/-.
Age Limit
The minimum age limit for all the posts is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years. There is a relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved categories.
