Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Indian Citizen
- Age Limit: 21-30 years (relaxations for reserved categories)
- Educational Qualification:
- MBA/Integrated MBA/Post Graduate Diploma of minimum 2 years duration in HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University/Institute.
- OR
- Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 50% marks. A degree in Management (BBA/BMS) with a minimum of 55% marks and an MBA/PGDM is desirable.
- Experience: Not mandatory, but relevant experience will be an added advantage.
Salary:
As per Government of India norms for Management Trainees (approximately Rs. 50,000/- per month).
