The Rail India Technical and Economic Services Limited (RITES) has invited online applications for the recruitment of 20 Graduate Engineer Trainee posts. The application process will be open from June 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Graduate Engineer Trainee posts, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be a citizen of India
- Have passed B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks
- Be between the age of 21 and 30 years as on June 1, 2023
- Should have a good academic record
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of a Graduate Engineer Trainee
Application Process
Interested candidates can apply for the Graduate Engineer Trainee posts online through the official website of RITES. The application fee is Rs. 500/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST candidates.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the following stages:
- Written Test (MCQ)
- Technical Interview
- Medical Examination
The written test will be of 100 marks and will be conducted in a computer-based mode. The Technical Interview will be conducted to assess the candidate’s technical knowledge and skills. The Medical Examination will be conducted to check the physical and mental fitness of the candidates.
The final selection will be made on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained in the written test, Technical Interview, and Medical Examination.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs. 30,000/- per month. They will also be entitled to other benefits such as PF, medical, and leave.
