CBSE has recently release the Admit Card for JEE Main Examination 2018 along with all the important dates of respective exam too. The registration process was started from 3rd December 2017. So the students who have filled the application form online and want to download their Admit card of JEE Mains and JEE Advance can get it on the official website

For the students who dont have any knowledge about JEE Main and want to know about it. JEE Mains is a very famous and reputed entrance examination conducts once in year by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) to provide admission to various engineering and architecture colleges all over India. Aspirants Who want to Do B.Tech / B.E etc from a famous University should  surely try for this exam. This Exam there are two papers the paper one is for aspirants who want to pursue Engineering course and paper 2 for architecture  course

Things you must Know About JEE Main Admit Card 2018 

The registration process of JEE mains 2018 has started form December and you can apply for reputed colleges till 1st January 2018. So hurry up if you haven’t applied for Exam because after due date i.e 1 January 2018  CBSE will not accept any application form. So, In order to register for the exam. Candidate has to fill all the required information. Along with it you have to upload  scanned images of the documents like identity Proof, Photo Graph, Qualification etc

With out the essential Documents your application will be accepted. In case you mess up with some thing you can edit it from 8th December 2017 to 1st January 2018. The Last date to submit the application fee through online mode is 2nd January 2018 and 3rd January 2018 is for offline mode. Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam before 1st January 2018 will receive their Admit card on probably in the second week of March 2018.

The JEE Mains Paper 1 will take place in two modes i.e Online and Offline Mode. JEE Offline Mode Paper 1 will be held on 8 April 2018 between 9:30 to 12:30 pm and paper 2 Will be held on same day between 2:00 to 5:00 pm. JEE Online computer Based test for Paper 1 will be conducted on April 15 -16. The in two shifts morning and afternoon. Paper 1 and Paper two will be held on same day. Paper 1 form 9:30 to 12:30 Pm and Paper 2 from 2:00 to 5:00 Pm.

Application Form Correction Window

During the form filling process if you have commuted any mistake. You have an one more chance to correct it in the mid week of January 2018.  After the closing of correction Window you cannot correct it again. Application form which has invalid details shall be cancel.

Important Exam Dates

The following table will give you detailed info about the online and offline examination. JEE Main 2018 has two papers, Paper 1 for engineering aspirants and Paper 2 for architecture aspirants. Both the Papers will take place on in both online i.e pen-paper mode and offline i.e computer based mode.

Official Answer Key & OMR Sheet

After the Examination take place. The Official answer key will be releases between 24-27 April 2018. If any one has any doubt about a answer in the answer key. Then they can challenge the answer key from 27 April 2018. The result of the JEE Mains 2018 paper 1 will be out on 30th April 2018. Along with the All India Ranks. Architecture aspirants have to wait. As their result of JEE Mains 2018 Paper 2 will be out on 31st May 2018.

 In case id any you have any doubt about any answer given in the answer key candidate can challenge the authority. But before submitting your objection be very careful that the objection fee will charged as per the answers you object. If you are sure that you have a proper explanation to your objection, you may submit your objection till April 27, 2018. After this no objections will be consider. In case if your objection is found valid, objection fee will be refunded by CBSE (excluding transaction charges).

Declaration of JEE Mains Result

After going through the answer key and OMR sheet, candidates can  guess their estimation about the results. But the official mainly decide your future. Hence, the official result for JEE Main Paper 1 2018 will be out on April 30, 2018. And results for Paper 2 is expect to be out on 31st May 2018. (following  dates are tentative can be postponed) Cut-off for both the papers of JEE Main 2018 will be released along with the results. Students will be able to check the results online on the official website by just log in to their profile by entering their application number and password.

JEE Advanced

Candidates who successfully qualify JEE Main exam can attempt for JEE Advanced. It will be computer base only. The final stage of the exam will take place on ,20th May 2018.  JEE Advance exam also take place in two sessions Paper 1 and Paper 2.

JEE Mains Counseling Procedure

The final Process of JEE Main 2018 is the counseling procedure. In this procedure the students who have finally selected for admission to various institutes under the exam. The process for counseling will start from 24 June 2018 on wards. The process of allotment of seats will be on basis of  All India Ranks (AIR) of Candidate and It will start as soon as the results are out. Counseling Procedure is the last process of JEE Main 2018. The are 3 main counseling processes for JEE Main are as follows –

  1. JoSAA Counseling (Joint Seat Allocation Authority): This Authority  organizes combined counseling and seat allotment procedure for all the IITs, NITs and GFTIs etc. The JoSAA Counseling will start from First week of July. Mainly 97 institutes, including 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 23 IIITs and 20 GFTIs will be participating in it. Total 36208 seats are offer through JoSAA Counseling.
  2. CSAB NEUT is coordinate for seats reserve in AICTE approve Institutes in India which are not include under CSAB for the North Eastern States and Union Territories .
  3. CSAB SFTI is held for admission in Self-Funded Technical Institutes.
