The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of 36 Assistant Engineer (Civil) posts on a regular basis. The online application process has started on 30 May 2023 and the last date to apply is 29 June 2023.
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- The candidate must have a valid GATE score.
- The candidate’s age must be between 21 and 30 years as of 01.01.2023.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on the following:
- Written Test (50%)
- Technical Interview (50%)
Salary and Perks
The selected candidates will be offered a salary of Rs. 30,000/- per month. They will also be entitled to other benefits such as medical allowance, travel allowance, leave, etc.

Interested candidates can apply online through the JKPSC website. The application fee is Rs. 1000/- for general category candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
