Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the posts, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: Indian citizen
- Age Limit: 30 years for General category candidates, 35 years for SC/ST candidates, and 33 years for OBC/EWS candidates
- Educational Qualification:
- For Elementary Level: Graduation with B.Ed. in the relevant subject
- For Secondary Level: Post Graduation with B.Ed. in the relevant subject
- Teacher Training: Must have completed Teacher Training and be eligible for TET (Teacher Eligibility Test)
Salary
The selected candidates will be drawn into Pay Matrix Level-7 (Pay Scale 44900-142400) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-.
Application Fees
The application fee is as follows:
- General/OBC/Ex-Servicemen (except those who have availed themselves of any concession in respect of fee) – Rs. 250/-
- SC/ST/PwBD – Rs. 125/-
Age Limit
The age limit for the posts is as follows:
- General category: 30 years
- SC/ST category: 35 years
- OBC/EWS category: 33 years
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of the following steps:
Online Test: The online test will consist of multiple-choice questions on General Knowledge, General Awareness, General Science, Arithmetic, Reasoning, and Teaching Aptitude. The test will be objective in nature and will carry 100 marks.
Interview: Candidates who qualify in the online test will be called for an interview. The interview will carry 100 marks.
