Job Details
- Joint Director (Examination Reforms): The incumbent will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing new examination reforms in the SSC.
- Joint Director (Research & Analysis): The incumbent will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on various aspects of the SSC’s operations.
- Deputy Director (Research & Analysis): The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Joint Director (Research & Analysis) in conducting research and analysis.
- Deputy Director (Electronic Data Processing): The incumbent will be responsible for managing the SSC’s electronic data processing systems.
- Finance & Budget Officer: The incumbent will be responsible for managing the SSC’s financial and budgetary affairs.

Qualification
The qualification requirements for the various posts are as follows:
- Joint Director (Examination Reforms): Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Joint Director (Research & Analysis): Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university and 10 years of experience in research and analysis.
- Deputy Director (Research & Analysis): Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university and 5 years of experience in research and analysis.
- Deputy Director (Electronic Data Processing): Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a recognized university.
- Finance & Budget Officer: Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance from a recognized university.
Salary
The salary for the various posts is as follows:
- Joint Director (Examination Reforms): ₹160000 – ₹210000 per month.
- Joint Director (Research & Analysis): ₹140000 – ₹190000 per month.
- Deputy Director (Research & Analysis): ₹120000 – ₹170000 per month.
- Deputy Director (Electronic Data Processing): ₹100000 – ₹150000 per month.
- Finance & Budget Officer: ₹90000 – ₹140000 per month.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the various posts is as follows:
- Joint Director (Examination Reforms): 56 years.
- Joint Director (Research & Analysis): 54 years.
- Deputy Director (Research & Analysis): 52 years.
- Deputy Director (Electronic Data Processing): 50 years.
- Finance & Budget Officer: 48 years.
